Condition
Very good. Bores slightly dirty but mostly bright and smooth with no pitting. Barrels with some moderate amounts of thinning blue remaining, some scattered freckled oxidation and some areas of lightly scattered surface rust. Frame with much of the case coloring remaining with some thinning, dulling and fading. Markings all remain clear and crisp. Mechanically functional action, very tight lock up with well centered doll's head and lever slightly to the right of center with the action closed. Action with no discernible wobble. Wood with moderate wear, scattered bumps, dings and mars and some minor chipping at the toe where a small piece of the buttplate has chipped away. Overall a nice, turn of the century Parker that appears to have suffered from some poor storage but retains enough original finish that a careful cleaning could well return this gun to much of its original glory. Canvas case in poor condition and heavily worn.
